Built to stay with your business as it grows.

FARE Group Holdings is a founder-led, veteran-owned advisory firm. We bring corporate real estate, robotics and operational advisory under one relationship, so the decisions that shape your cost structure are made together.

Why we built FARE

The FARE team at a 360 Business Council event.

Real estate today is transactional. Brokers chase the next deal and move on — the relationship ends when the commission clears. FARE was built on the opposite belief: the clients we serve deserve a partner who understands their entire business and stays with it as it grows.

We start with your structure, not the transaction — your space, your purchasing, your processes — and bring real estate, procurement, and automation under one relationship and one point of contact. Our model only works when yours does, so we play the long game, not the quick close.
